The lack of a common free and accessible resource that would collect laws, regulations, decrees and
standards governing all aspects of information security in Ukraine, blurs citizens while striving to
understand their own rights, freedoms and responsibilities for actions in the digital world, which
seriously hinders creating process of a democratic state, governed by the rule of law.

Not only do we plan to collect all cybersecurity laws in one place. Our goal is to make them
understandable and affordable for all Ukrainians. To do so, the experts of the CCTP will take
comments from lawyers and specialists who had been directly involved in their creation.
We will post comments and explanations, clarifying the most technically complex and legally
confusing aspects.

We want as many ordinary Ukrainian citizens as possible to become familiar with the laws of our
country, so that their comments, discussions and debates with experts will not only improve general
legal literacy, but also help to achieve the main goal of this project - by promoting the legislative
process and providing maximum support to citizens, legislative and executive bodies to develop
effective partnerships between the state and civil society, which relate to the UN Global Sustainable
Development Goals, in particular, with paragraph 17.17.
